Standing in the field

The fresh air is all around

Do you hear the Nature’s breath

and smell flowers’ buds

like a peasant?

Those live in a small dimension

surrounding by bamboos

with close neighbors

who share a candle lit

All family’s members work together

Long for a good crop to take part in a festival

Their lives are not too busy and exciting

But contain much sentiment that citizens need filling

Who is beside the handsome man?

The title is an Eghlish song's name that I want to dedicate to her.

She is one of few people who has been staying here since the foundation-day. She has contributed so much for our organization, as HVL said.

She has many duties to do till the end of this year. So does her husband.

They are so busy this time that we rarely see them.

Whenever you want help, please call us. Don't mention it.

One more detail: She is good-natured but sometimes funny.

Her name is Thanh.

What is meaning of TaLong IS ONE ?

Goodmorming, Sawandicrup, everyone !

My friends, you must be surprised when you read a special nickname TaLong IS ONE in TaDRIG. I am sure that the many of you who already have known Mr. Long in relating works with TaDRI, however, do you know exactly what is meaning of his nick? Ok, let 's me reveal about a secret thing. The first meaning must be TaDRI and Long is one, because TaDRI always steadily and deeply exist in his heart, even he now is living far from us. The second thing, I think Ta is the name kind of flower ( dreaming flower, may be, I guess that ). How do you look and know clearly about this kind of flower? You must ask Mr. TaLong in the next time when he come back from ThaiLand. TaLong is a nice and joking guy. His stories mentioned always give us the funs and other interesting things. We are looking forward from him. Do you want to look some of his activity picture. I will show you in posted below!

TaDRI F.I.L

Mr. TaLong is not only a good researcher and activist. We know that you are a good singer ! You must sing some Vietnamese songs when you meet and work with some foreign friends.

Here is Mr. TaLong in office. He always work very hard and come back home late everyday. We hope you will think and take care yourself when you live far from us .

Today, Ms Huong has come back from her travel to HCM City.

She looked well, very well.

That's OK because Our TaDRI Group 1 has more strength.

(Her hard working will give us considerable consequence, I guess).

I want to start my introduction on TaDRI group with a pretty face. Do u agree with me? Her name is Hoa. Hoa and I are friends for nearly 5 years as a classmate and colleague. She is an active researcher and also a kind girl. She can make us smile everytime as a her telling the funny stories. I reveal one secret: Not even a good researcher, but also she is a good cook. Another thing is she has a plan to... make some of TaDRI men cry. ( So regrettably !)

However, I find it lucky for both her small familly and TaDRI. I wish she would be a excellent girl in her new role.

Hello and welcome to our blog.

We are TaDRIG. We want to make a friend with all of you. Our insterest is how to creat a strong group and networking to help each others and also help the community improving their life. Most of our projects aimed to community. However, beside working we are living with many different meaning activities. Here are some pictures taken in our summer vacation in CuaLo as our saying hello to you.

ABOUT US

TaDRI ideal and TaDRI group (TADRIG) has been created since 2004 by young researchers who come from different studied fields in Vietnam.
Mainly, our working vision is to assist, improve capacity for people and counterparts, tending to sustainable development of communities and nation. Together with domestic and international co-operation, draw human and financial resources from government organizations, non-government organizations, and individuals from internal and external countries, TaDRI carry out academic and empirical researches as well as training activities, technical and communicative conversion to serve activities related to cultural, social and environmental development in areas. Main working fields, which are:

1. Research, implement and apply scientific and technical produces into cultural, social and environmental development, tending to communities located in ecological regions of Vietnam, especial in mountainous, solitary areas.

2. Inform, consult, train and improve scientific and technical profession, organization and management in cultural, social development and environmental protection.

3. Build and implement projects related to cultural, social and regional development.

TaDRI has 24 officers including 1 Professor, 3 Assocciate Professors, 2 Philosophy of Doctors, 6 Masters and 12 Bachelors. In addition, TaDRI has more 2 Associate Professors, 2 Philosophy of Doctors, 4 Masters and 4 Bachelors as the partners and collaborators.

In terms of organization, TaDRI is divided into 4 groups with their own functions, combining together in order to get common purposes. Researchers of TaDRIG had many experiences in carrying out activities in fields:

1. Cultural and social fields

- Cultural field: Participate in projects and programme studying on issues: evaluate the situation of cultural life in urban and industrial areas; research on family roles in educating cultural and traditional values for children.

- Social field: Participate in many studies: Sustainable livelihood; Study on social and humanities matters in the process of industrialization and modernization for reasonable natural resources using and environmental protection in Vietnam; Study of some social and humanities matters in the process of industrialization and modernization for reasonable natural resources using and environmental protection in Vietnam; poor women in rural areas; study of solutions for strengthening family roles in transition toward socialist oriented market economy .

Especially, researchers of the center take a lot of interest in and have many experiences in issues related to the youth: adolescents and adolescent policies; street working children; Research on current situation of the youth; research on young human resource.

2.Environmental field

Conduct researches related to planning process in the Red delta river Environmental conflict and its relation to community spirit in some industry and craft villages; research on method to push environmental education; evaluate knowledge of the youth of environmental issues.
